Systems Integration & Consolidation

Disconnected systems. One business. They should behave that way.

We connect the platforms you already own, retire the ones you don't need, and eliminate the manual handoffs sitting between them.

The real cost of disconnected systems

Every business accumulates software. A CRM here, a booking platform there, accounting, forms, e-signature, project management, a shared drive, a scheduling tool.

None of them talk to each other, so a person becomes the integration layer. That person copies a booking into the calendar, then into the invoice, then into the spreadsheet, then emails the confirmation.

The cost is not just their time. It is the errors, the delays, the version confusion, the fact that no one can answer a simple question about the business without opening four tabs, and the knowledge that leaves the building when they resign.

What we do

Systems audit

A full inventory of every platform you are paying for, what it does, who uses it, what it costs, and where it overlaps with something else.

Consolidation

Most businesses can retire two to four platforms without losing a single capability. We identify the overlap and manage the migration.

Integration architecture

We design a single source of truth and connect everything to it, so data is entered once and appears everywhere it is needed.

Workflow automation

Booking triggers job creation. Job completion triggers invoicing. Invoice triggers the follow up sequence. Approvals route themselves. Nobody chases anything.

Data migration

Clean, mapped, verified migration between platforms. Nothing lost, nothing duplicated.

Reporting layer

One dashboard reading live data from every connected system. The report your team spends a day building each month builds itself.

Platforms we work across

CRM and sales

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho.

Automation

Make.com, Zapier, n8n, custom API work.

Data and databases

Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SQL.

Forms and documents

Fillout, Jotform, Documint, DocuSign, PandaDoc.

Accounting

Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks.

Booking and operations

Rezdy, ServiceM8, simPRO, Cliniko and industry specific platforms. Anything with an API. Where there isn't one, we build the bridge.

A recent example

A service operator running a stack of separate systems across intake, scheduling, CRM, safety compliance, document generation and accounting. Each job touched four platforms and three people before it was invoiced.

We designed a commercial reservations layer that sits across the stack. Bookings now flow through to scheduling, documentation, client records and invoicing automatically, with exceptions flagged for human review rather than every job requiring it.

Security first

Systems Integration & Consolidation, built secure first.

Security is our number one cadence. Every build in this service line ships with access control, encryption, validated inputs, audit logging and tested backups designed in from the start.

Security is the first design decision

Before features, we decide who can see what, where data lives, and how access is proven. Permissions, roles and data boundaries are specified in the blueprint, not patched in after launch.

Encrypted, least privilege by default

Data encrypted in transit and at rest, row level access rules, scoped API keys, secrets stored in managed vaults, and no shared logins. Every account gets the minimum access it needs and nothing more.

Hardened before handover

Input validation, rate limiting, audit logging, automated backups and tested restores, plus a security review and dependency scan on every build before it goes live.

Australian privacy obligations respected

We treat client, patient and matter data as sensitive by default: documented data flows, retention rules, and no unnecessary copies floating around in spreadsheets or inboxes.
